Ordering
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express,  Discover Paypal).  Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.  The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.  Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery. 

No Returns Or Refunds
Please order carefully to be sure you get products that are right for you. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us for the quickest response.

*We do not offer refunds on any products. Only applicable situations where a refund will be considered is if the product was received with a defect or was damaged upon delivery.

*There is absolutely no refunds on sales items. Special Edition sneakers and Mystery Boxes.Those are FINAL SALES.

*3 Day Exchange Policy. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first alert us of the damage or defect, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue you a refund.

*In the event a no fault refund is considered and granted, a 25% transaction and processing fee will be applied and deducted from refund. The customer will be solely responsible for shipping charges back to our office.

The product must be in original packaging and not worn.

*ANY SALES FROM AUTOMATED SHOPPING SERVICES ( BOTS ) WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED AND CHARGED A $10.00 SERVICE FEE. 

Exchanges
3 Day Exchange Policy. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue you a credit.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.


Shipping & Delivery

Holiday Shipping Policy:

Ordering deadlines vary for standard shipping and expedited delivery services. Please see the following service options. (Please note that billing verification will still be conducted as normal and some delays may occur if extra verification is need)

  • December 14 — USPS Retail Ground
  • December 20 — First-Class Mail®
  • December 21 — Priority Mail®


Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 2-7 business days for delivery. 

 

Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email. You will have your order information and tracking number in your account page.
